Cultures that wore clothes may well have survived and prospered at the expense of those who didn't, and those cultures may have ingrained the idea that wearing clothes was good into their cultural identity. Also I see nudity mostly as a cultural thingy - occasionally approved, sometimes not for whatever irrational reason. I have no objection to nudity but for practical reasons some clothing seems justified, carrying keys, phone, wallet etc. What I general don't like is that small local communities start dictating laws or rules. Vous avez tourné un reportage un peu particulier au domaine de la Sablière de Saint-Privat-de-Champclos... Pouvez-vous nous en dire un peu plus ? C’est un documentaire faisant partie d’une série Zita dans la peau de... Pour la première diffusion sur M6, le sujet était dans la peau d’une femme obèse. Et cette fois-ci, je me mets dans celle d’une naturiste. Pendant un mois, l’été dernier, j’ai vécu entièrement nue. L’immersion est une forme de journalisme qui m’intéresse, même si ma vie personnelle est entre parenthèses pendant quelques semaines, mais ça apporte beaucoup plus qu’un sujet traité en une ou deux heures. Ce qui m’intéresse, c’est de vivre les choses de l’intérieur. Pourquoi ce sujet précis ? Il y a cinq ans, j’avais fait un reportage pour Marie-Claire. J’avais passé une semaine dans le camp naturiste cévenol, le domaine de la Sablière. À l’époque, je ne comprenais pas l’intérêt du naturisme, j’étais pleine d’a priori, pour moi, c’étaient des doux dingues. Après la publication, des naturistes m’ont confié qu’ils avaient lu mon papier, mais que je n’avais rien compris. Alors il fallait que j’y retourne. Je n’étais pas allée assez loin dans mon enquête, elle était trop superficielle. Et donc vous y êtes retournée ? Bien entendu, j’ai choisi les Cévennes et ce camp-là car la propriétaire, Gaby, est une femme formidable et je voulais rendre justice à tous les naturistes. Les médias ne les montrent jamais sous leur vrai jour et préfèrent accentuer les amalgames entre naturisme et échangisme ou sexualité débridée... Ce qui n’est pas du tout le cas dans la réalité. Et puis je voulais les remercier, pour leur accueil. Et comment se prépare-t-on à ce type d’“infiltration” ? Il faut savoir que je ne suis pas naturiste. Alors avant même d’aller sur le terrain, je me suis entraînée à être nue chez moi. De la douche à la chambre, ça ne m’avait jamais posé problème. Mais être nue une journée entière, faire le ménage, ça fait un peu bizarre. Même toute seule, on se sent vulnérable sans cette enveloppe de protection. Et puis, il fallait trouver un cameraman et un ingénieur son qui accepteraient de partir pour cette aventure. Ça a été très difficile et assez long, mais finalement l’équipe a pu se former. Faire un reportage nue, c’est une chose, mais se dire que des milliers de téléspectateurs vont vous voir, ça ne vous dérange pas ? Pour tout dire, je n’y avais pas réellement réfléchi à la base. Ensuite, je pouvais faire en sorte qu’il ne soit pas diffusé. Mais en même temps, j’assume. Je veux faire découvrir ce monde et cet esprit. Et justement, qu’avez-vous découvert ? Que le naturisme est beaucoup plus que ce que l’on pense. Au bout d’une semaine, on arrive à se débarrasser de cette gêne de soi et des autres. Une fois qu’on a dépassé ce regard, on peut atteindre ce nirvana social car il n’y a aucun jugement moral. La règle c’est le respect avant tout et être gentil avec soi-même et les autres. Ce mode de vie est logique. C’est un état d’esprit vivre en harmonie avec la nature. Les rapports sont beaucoup plus simples et les rencontres plus faciles. Et puis, se promener entièrement nue dans un lieu magnifique comme les gorges de la Cèze, c’est magique on se croirait au paradis originel. Ça restera un bon souvenir alors ? Un excellent. Je compte bien y retourner un de ses quatre pour les revoir. Et avec l’équipe on s’est retrouvé dans des situations délicates, on a eu pas mal de fous rires. Et à la fin, ça m’a fait un peu drôle de remettre mes vêtements. Mais depuis ça va beaucoup mieux, je m’y suis réhabituée rires. Qu’est-ce que cette expérience vous a personnellement apporté ? C’est une expérience thérapeutique au final rires. Et on est beaucoup mieux dans sa peau après. Je la conseille à tout le monde. Ce soir, Zita dans la peau de… fait son retour sur M6 avec deux épisodes. Le premier à 20h50 intitulé Zita dans la peau d’une assistante vétérinaire et l’autre à 22h05 intitulé Zita dans la peau d’une naturiste. Zita se la joue naturiste en vacances durant 3 semaines. Elle fera la rencontre de Gaby du Domaine de la Sablière et de nombreux naturistes qui partageront leurs points de vue sur cette manière de vivre.
